We specialize in a watercolor paint style using a light color palette. Each portrait is carefully crafted to capture the unique charm of your pet.

Do you draw all animals?

While we specialize in portraits of dogs and cats, we love all animals and are happy to create a portrait of any pet you have. Select either Cat Portrait or Dog Portrait in the product page, but upload any pet that you have.

Can you help check if my photo is suitable before I place my order?

Please refer to our photo guidelines page to ensure your photo meets our requirements. If you have any doubts, feel free to reach out, and we'll be happy to help.

How is my portrait made and what are the materials used?

Once we receive your photo, our skilled digital artists will create a customized digital portrait using various art and editing software. The final artwork is printed on premium, durable synthetic paper with a matte finish and framed in a sturdy wooden frame with a glass panel to protect it.

Can I include more than one pet?

Yes, you can include more than one pet in your portrait. Select Cat Portrait or Dog Portrait in our products page, but you can upload a photo with multiple and mixed bunch of pets.

Will I get to see my artwork before it is delivered?

To ensure timely delivery and avoid delays, we do not provide previews of the artwork. However, rest assured that if you follow our photo guidelines, the artwork will match the high standard of the examples displayed on our site.

How long will delivery take?

It usually takes us 7 to 11 days to complete our artwork.

Changes and additional photo requests can of course prolong this estimate.

Are refunds available?

All purchases are final and strictly non-refundable. Hence it's important to adhere to our photo guidelines so we can deliver you the best portrait!
